Get agent details

GET 
/agents/:agentId

Get a single agent with full details including tag assignments, resolved effective policies, reboot state, license, and predecessor info. Policies are assigned via tags, not directly on agents. The effectivePolicies field provides the resolved result after tag-based policy resolution.
